Using a scale from 1 to 5, please provide your rating on each of these and explain the reasoning behind your chosen score:

Andrea Cottman: Hi, it's Andy again. I feel motivated in my program right now and give it a one. I, I just wish I didn't have to go through college to be able to move up because I don't think I'll ever be able to move up. The, this is going, that's why I'm going to college. My program is a good fit for me. I give it a one because I am not that good in at college work. I feel confident I will complete my program. I gave it a one. I don't even know if I wanna go back yet next term, which isn't until January. So I'll have to wait and see what happens. My course work feels relevant and meaningful to me. I give it a one. I'm not using spreadsheets right now because all I do is IC A RT I presort auto manual reject and prop and none of that has nothing to do with the Classen.

In general, how are things going this week?

Andrea Cottman: In general. How are things going? This week? I got sick on Wednesday because of my sugar being high Thursday because my sugars were so high for so long on Wednesday I got sick on Thursday and was in bed for two days because of my sugar issues. I didn't go to work and I did work on my school, work a little bit but not much. Ah, uh, we're not in ot, they're talking about, we aren't gonna go in ot, even though we're over 600,000, we're at like 623,000 units backlog and they don't care is what it is. I just work there. It's pretty much what it's boiled down to and a lot of times it's come to the point of why do I work there?

Have you faced any challenges this week that tested your desire to stay in school?

Andrea Cottman: Have you faced any challenges this week that test your desire to stay in school? I don't get the point behind school. I really don't. Especially because it seems like the more and more I go to work, the more and more I get stressed out, more and more. I come home, the more and more I get stressed out. It's like I can't. Like my doctor's doctor said it's situational problems until I fix one problem. I'm not gonna be able to fix everything. I've got to get myself out of this situation or I'm never gonna feel better and it will cause a lot more sicknesses. Not only am I dealing with that? My son also has been sick too. So.

Has anything happened this week that helped you to stay motivated and focused on your academic goals?

Andrea Cottman: Has anything happened this week that helped you stay motivated and focused on your academic goals. No, no, no, no. All I do is prep, prep, prep, prep. And then that's Thursday, Friday, Saturday and then Sunday, IC A RT Presort Auto. That's what I did today. I hate Sundays because I don't get to go where I want to, they keep, they keep putting me where I don't wanna be. So, makes it a little bit harder, uh, for the academic goals. I've just gotta work on trying to figure out what I'm doing because if I don't know what I'm doing, I'm just wasting my time and my husband's because he's the one that checks my work. So.
