What led you to leave high school as a teen? What motivated you to go back to high school at this time in your life?

Kaitlyn M. : So I ended up leaving high school as a teen because I found out I was pregnant with my first child, and my motivation to go back, was, you know, I wanted to be someone that I was proud of and that I felt would make my children proud. And so with the support of my family and husband, I went back after I found Graduation Alliance and got my diploma.

Why did you choose this program?

Kaitlyn M. : I actually chose Graduation Alliance after I had previously been searching for a way to finally get my diploma because every other program I had looked through or found just was either so expensive or just didn't seem like an actual legitimate website. And so I found Graduation Alliance while searching one day and called them up, and they told me everything, and I was like, great.

What parts of the program helped you make it to graduation?

Kaitlyn M. : So the parts of the program that actually helped me make it to graduation the best was my Academic Coach and just the overall staff. When I needed help, tech support was super easy to get a hold of and they helped me out very quickly and deal with the problem very quick and fast. Anytime I had any questions, the teachers were really open and easy to talk to. And then my Academic Coach really helped push me to strive to keep going. He was always very supportive and helpful, so.

How has your life and/or mindset changed since earning your high school diploma? What are your plans now that you've graduated?

Kaitlyn M. : I wouldn't say that my life has had a dramatic change, but it did really help my mindset. It felt like a big burden off my chest, and it helped me feel happier with who I was. And I am in the process of applying for college, so I can get that done.

What's one piece of encouragement you'd offer someone who is considering this program?

Kaitlyn M. : If I could offer one piece of encouragement to someone who is considering the program, I would say don't give up. Just keep pushing because overall it is one of the best programs I have ever done, and it is way worth it.
