For what condition(s) did you seek out Global Chinese Medicine, and what had you tried before?
MZ: I reached out to GCM um to help with my chronic spontaneous urticaria symptoms after about 2 years of going to 10 different specialists and not receiving any results on my treatment and developing an allergy to Zola, I, I contacted GCM to see what else could be done.
What results did you see with Global Chinese Medicine, in what timeframe, and how did these results compare to previous treatments?
MZ: The treatments at GCM directly influenced overall quality of life. I feel like my life is completely different now. I have a lot of more balanced immune system, especially after the first few months, uh, previous treatments have been unsuccessful, but I found that with the herbal treatments, the GCM, I had a reduction in overall symptoms such as itchiness, redness, and I also noticed an improvement in my Hashimoto's antibodies um through my lab work and my general practitioner. And I'd say, uh, post treatment, which took about 6 months. I have not had any reoccurrence of urticaria symptoms, and overall, I would say I'm 95% better than I was and continue to improve um as far as my immune system health goes.
How do you feel about the quality of care received, and what might you say to someone considering Chinese Herbal Medicine?
MZ: If you're an individual who has not had success with pharmaceutical treatments or has kind of reached the end of the road regarding potential treatments that your specialist can provide, and you're still suffering from autoimmune conditions or debilitating skin conditions, I would highly recommend contacting GCM and considering traditional Chinese medicine. Overall, I found that it was a lot gentler on the body. And the results in my lab work speak for themselves. But Hashimoto's antibodies are down. I have more energy and I value that this is a natural or herbal treatment as someone who has uh tried to stay natural and and use herbals as much as possible, um, I definitely value the treatment that Chris has provided.
