Reid: I have been a DLC for just a little over three years and one of the great things that brought me to the agency was the fact that there were so many opportunities within the agency. I have had a role of clinical supervisor as well as therapist, both part time and full time. So I've really been able to explore, based on what my needs were, both personally and professionally, a variety of different roles
Reid: What I like most about the culture here at D. L. C. Is there's truly no sense of hierarchy. We are, as cliche as it kind of sounds, truly kind of like a family here. You hear that when you first come in and you think, "okay, that's great. We'll see if that's true or not," but it really does hold true that executive management all the way down. We're all in it together, we work together, we have meetings together, we send emails back and forth to each other without barriers or buffers in between. and there's truly a sense of unity. That's pretty great.
