What are your core skills and how do you stay current?

Eliza Riz Adavan: No hi this is Ellie, thank you for giving me this chance. So let me answer the questions here. What are your core skills and how do you stay current? My core skills are project management, communication and administrative skills. So with project management I know how crucial um the end to end processes and all the people involved as well as the time. Um the timeline for the tasks and everything that is in um a project. So I have done project management a lot for um e commerce. My niche is actually e commerce. So um I have experience working for an F. B. A amazon agency and I do um project management especially when onboarding new clients. Okay and another is communication skills. Communication is a very crucial um factor for making everything work simultaneous harmoniously, sorry harmoniously and effectively. So a um really really particular with communication, I make sure that I am understood well and I'm also able to convey my ideas well to my clients or to the people who I'm working with. Um because a lot could happen if we are not communicating well in the workplace and then my other course scale is admin. I can I can do anything admin and um not just really do anything, I love digging deep into the details of matters and studying more learning, more, improving more. Um I enjoy doing different tasks, multitasking. Um Yeah, so there how do I stay current? I stay current by um continuing to learn such as subscribing to blogs newsletters and um two courses I do have online courses and I I really spend time and see to it that I have some spare time to improve my learnings, my performances, my knowledge. I believe knowledge is power. Okay, So yeah.

What tools or processes do you use to stay organised/productive?

Eliza Riz Adavan: Okay step to question to what tools or processes they use to stay organized or productive. I have experienced using different manage project management tools such as trail. Oh but I'm very, very well versed with a santa. I have also experienced using click up so um on my daily tasks I use Asana and I I set up automation z as possible. Um for anything that I can automatically assigned to myself such as recurring tasks. And also set up automation is for um certain things that are progressively done. Like if this happens then this will happen, this will be the next task and so on and so forth. I am uh I am into uh automating tasks or making work more efficient. I like the work smarter not harder and these project management tools are really a big help to stay organized to stay um focus and to um prioritize um in a santa I can see my tags like high priority and so on. It's um I learned that prioritization is very very important to make my day productive. Um It's how before I start my day I checked my list and then I see to it that I have the right priority decisions of all the tests for the day or for the hour for certain time. And yeah, another thing is I for me is um except from the tools but I think the character as well um you know the tools are there all technologies are there but discipline mindset, these are like strong work ethics, these are also very important. Um core characters that we have to have every day because you know, anything can happen, anything can come up along the way. Um there's a lot of things that are just really out of your control or out of our control and no matter how we want to, how we want to make things happen, um make our goals achieved. But there are really just times that you know, um we cannot control things. So for me, I think another important factor is the right mindset and the right as it should on how you understand and yet take things um positively when they don't turn out how they should be, thank you.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Eliza Riz Adavan: what do you enjoy most about your job? There's a lot of things actually that I enjoy most about my job. But I think one of the best things that I really love about being a V. A. M. Is that it's so cool that I get to really work you know closely with a client. Um Like I was when I was in the corporate world before you know like um I only talked to my manager, I only talk to my teammates but in freelancing it's totally different. It's like me delivering personally solutions to my clients, communicating to my clients. And I just I really love that culture that like everyone is I felt like everyone is within my reach. Like I can directly communicate to you can communicate to anyone and you know like it's so nice to think that these are like businesses abroad or um I'm working with people across the globe, different time zones, different cultures, different backgrounds like it's super super amazing and that is um one of the things that make me so excited um to work like I just love that culture of being open mind helping each other um thriving for the business uh doing things. Um Well um you know achieving goals excellently. Like super competitive. It's like a super competitive world in online but I love how it is. Um Yeah so I love the diversity of the workplace um that I found in online jobs as a V. A. Or as an operations manager
