Megan Maddigan: The fact that at the quarterly review, they can go in, they can see exactly what has happened throughout that particular quarter. Have it all there be able to deliver a conversation and have genuine conversations, It's not something that they have spent hours pre-preparing & typing up notes. That it's a really connected conversation has made a big difference.
