Hey, everyone, it's Kylie here from Crewmojo and I'm super excited to share with you today, our new templates library. And so what you're looking at here on the screen is ... I'm a performance expert. I'm logged in at the moment to the administrator panel within the Crewmojo live platform. And what I can normally see is all the questions I've set up for my team. All of the templates for one-on-ones, surveys, performance reviews and feedback requests, and what I'm seeing that's new is our beautiful templates library. So let's dive in and take a look. Essentially, our big picture goal is to share with you examples from open source communities that we're part of and from our customers, examples of role descriptions, performance reviews, surveys and one on ones that you can look up for inspiration, for ideas, And you can quickly tweak and share. So we've already built out live in the platform. A whole heap of performance reviews and one on ones, for example, surveys. Essentially about 80% of the work is done. All you really need to do is do a few tweaks. You're able to see exactly what other people are doing in this space to maybe give you some ideas, so you might just be looking at it. Or you might think, Wow, that's amazing. I'm going to tweak one or two things, and so all you need to do is click add, and it will be copied into your instance of Crewmojo in seconds.
