Hayley Randall : Over the years, we had developed a series of systems. None of the systems really spoke to each other. and so each team was doing their own thing. We had, you know, company goals hidden in business plans. We were goal tracking off white boards and excel spreadsheets. Even sticky notes, todoist one note. The performance review system was done through an excel spreadsheet. I created it. I was actually quite proud of it. It had all these lovely little hidden pivot tables and things. But it wasn't working. Nothing was connecting. It was just a little bit of a mumble jumble of systems, and it wasn't efficient.
