What I really love about it is the transparency that I now have to be able to to see what my team members are achieving over the weeks, Seeing what roadblocks they may have, especially having team members in other areas being London and Austin. Um, it really helps us to really create a dialogue in between those times that we're catching up over a video conference or calls.
