My name is Jonathan, and I run a small business that does foreign language, translating and interpreting. We've been in business for a long time since 1980 or so.
Why did you hire ClearDesk?
since 1980 or so. I looked into outsourcing and found ClearDesk online It's been really more than I could have hoped for. The situation right now with hiring local people is challenging so I decided to go with the online route. I needed somebody who had multiple skills with data entry and, customer service and lots of other things and I was able to kind of find a sort of all in one person who has been so helpful that I would consider her invaluable now.
What do you LOVE about ClearDesk? Is it what you expected?
It really is exactly what I was looking for and more. I'm more relaxed now, so much work has been taken off of my shoulders and I don't have to worry about reliability about somebody being available or taking the day off unexpectedly or anything like that. It's all set, and so this is the way to go. I think for me it just gives me a lot more comfort in the future that my business will be staffed. I'm very happy with it!
