Lupe Gonzalez: Good afternoon. My name is Lupe Gonzalez, and I work for ClinNEXUS, which is an enhanced care management program. So, I work with families that have Medi-Cal through the Alliance and Merced County. I took this training (Protective Factor: Social Connections) to learn more information and to be able to like I said, fill up my Barney bag with a lot of resources and to be able to share this with others and other organizations. I like to learn, and I like to continuously use material and any tricks or skills to further myself and my work that I do. We work with families through phone. We do visits, home visits. We also do accompaniments to doctor's appointments and what have you. So, it's a lot of networking, and I gotta say this training was well presented, easy to listen to, easy to follow along. I like that we were able to have the materials, which I was able to print up and use at the same time and to be able to use at a later time. Thank you!
