What is your name, title, and what does your business do?

Richard Grier: Hey, I'm Richard Greer, I am the Chief Business Officer at Rising Sun Developing in Lexington Kentucky and were commercial construction company.

Why did you choose Birdeye?

Richard Grier: We chose Birdeye really mainly talking through some of the issues and and things that we're facing needed to improve our our web chat ,need to improve and get more reviews to increase our visibility and as well as our google ranking. Visibility online, google ranking and yeah, several of those things really fit in addition to use some of the messaging inboxing that bird Birdeye offers. That's where we're starting out with Birdeye My guess is we'll probably continue to add more as even just a few short weeks. We've really like the the ease of it as well as the onboarding process.

How has Birdeye helped your business?

Richard Grier: Birdeye has already helped our business. I mean really just through one, the web chat, we've already gotten a lot more messages than we've ever received through our website. So that's been a huge bonus for us just being able to quickly respond to customers. Even the employees have have reached out to us there. So that's been a big thing. We're already seeing several reviews come in and just that process as well as just the inbox messaging connecting all of our different platforms together in one. So so far so good.

What would you tell someone who is considering Birdeye?

Richard Grier: For somebody that's considering Birdeye, I would tell them that they have a ton to offer, especially just in the realm of marketing, messaging and communication online As well as improving your online presence, SEO, Reviews, that sort of thing. Really from just the sales part of it. I mean the introduction of sales from from Birdeye to us and then the onboarding process has been incredible. Communication has been really good. They answered every question we've had. Walked us through any issues we've had as we've had run into different obstacles, they figured out ways to to navigate those and the best solution for us. I would just say if those are things you're looking for and needing help with like online presence, messaging, reviews, that kind of thing, Birdeye is the way to go.

How would you describe your experience with Birdeye's customer service?

Richard Grier: So far so good with customer service. Yeah,

Richard Grier: as different things have come up and we've reached out to customer service, they've been really quick to get back to us to respond, just letting us know that they're working on the problem or finding a solution to our issue. Customer service has got an A plus thus far.
