What is your name, title, and what does your business do?

Hannah Stone: My name is Hannah Stone and i'm the Digital Marketing Coordinator for Kiefer Automotive Group. We are a automotive car dealership group in the Western United States.

Why did you choose Birdeye?

Hannah Stone: Which shows Birdeye because of the all in one platform that allows our sales team to respond to reviews real time, and also it integrates the Web chat from our websites into the same platform. We like the automation options as well, so that any auto replies can go out seamlessly kind of takes a lot of pressure off of our sales team, in responding quickly to customers.
