What is your name, title, and what does your business do?

Elijah Lee: Hey, my name is Elijah Lee, I'm the Digital Marketing Manager at Harbinger Marketing and we are a fully outsourced digital marketing agency.

Why did you choose Birdeye?

Elijah Lee: I think one of the primary reasons that we chose to go with Birdeye and stick with Birdeye was due to their ease of use in the platform. I would say that the platform is extremely easy to use. You don't have to be tech savvy to know how to use it. It's made review generation and reputation management for our clients and for ourselves extremely easy. They're also a partner that is ready to scale and grow. It's been super easy to see if I see a future together. They're constantly looking to add more to their platform and that's huge for us as we're constantly looking to consolidate our services with one partner as much as we can. So Birdeye has made it easy to do that. Again the platform is very, very easy to use.

How has Birdeye helped your business?

Elijah Lee: I would say Birdeye has helped our business in more ways than one. We came to them for review generation about 4-5 years ago. That was the primary reason for starting with them. Since then, they've added a multitude of services to their list of offerings that have helped us with what we offer to our clients. So they've created a platform in which we can offer more than just review generation. We can offer reputation management, local listings, ticketing surveys, mass text messaging. The list goes on. Social media is coming to their platform. It's just one thing after the other. So they've been a partner that has helped us as a company scale and they have scaled with us that has been invaluable for us.

What would you tell someone who is considering Birdeye?

Elijah Lee: If someone came to me and was on the edge about whether or not to go with Birdeye, I would tell them over and over again do it, you will not regret it. Our experience has been incredible, especially with the support we've been given so that the team that we work with at Birdeye they're incredible. They care about about your requests, they're listening for your feedback, they want to hear that and they take that and visibly implemented into what they're doing and that's an immediate communicator that we hear you. I've brought many things up to my rep at Birdeye and he has taken one thing after the other and brought it back to the Birdeye team and I've seen actual things that I've asked about or inquired about be brought to life and be added to their list of offerings. It's incredible. So I would say just from a support stand point, the support is unmatched compared to other agencies, other vendors. You will not find that anywhere else. but really, I mean the value in being heard is huge knowing that they're not afraid to, I guess derail from their roadmap to hear you out and implement something that you think is important. They're willing to do that to make sure that you are seeing you are heard and that you are valued as a customer, as a partner. I don't think you're gonna find that anywhere else and what they do and what they offer. I mean their products in and of themselves are super valuable and they do great great work. So I have zero complaints. And again, if someone was on the edge of whether or not to go with them, I would push, push and push and say do it. You will not regret it.

How would you describe your experience with Birdeye's customer service?

Elijah Lee: Again the partner support is unmatched at Birdeye compared to anyone else I've ever talked to at other agencies within the same industry. You don't find anywhere else. Birdeye is... they stand alone in terms of customer support in my opinion. The rep that I've been working with at Birdeye for the past 3-4 years now, he's been incredible. And I mean it's become so much more than just you know, business partners. I mean like when we have check-in calls we're talking about, you know, our personal lives, what we have done over the past few weeks, just various things outside of work. It doesn't even always have to be about work. That's that's the connection that we have to their support team. They treat us like one of their own. And I love that, I truly love that. It's not just we have this work business mindset every single time we talk they truly care about you as people as human beings. and that's across everyone at Birdeye. Any call I've ever had with any other team, they truly care about you. and I think that's so rare. I've even had talks with their executive leadership team. The president, their COO their CEO, again that's rare, that's rare that they will take the time to talk to their partners that they care about. So I think it just speaks volumes about their culture about their team and what they've built there. it's a unique It's a unique partnership that we have with them and I'm very, very grateful for it.
