What is your name, title, and what does your business do?

Angela Ruiz: Hi, my name is Angela Ruiz. I am our patient relations manager with the Fitzmaurice Hand Institute. I also am a department manager within our organization. I have the pleasure of working directly with Birdeye. I handle our Birdeye account. What I can say about Birdeye, it's been such a positive extension to our company. Being able to use Birdeye and all the functions that it offers. I think we are one of probably the companies that use it very widely. It has definitely increased. Our patient reviews are patient experience which at the end of the day increases revenue for your organization. Having so many versatile, you know functions within Birdeye, having everything consolidated into one place. It's just been, it's been so so beneficial for organization. I mean I I've been with our company for almost seven years now which I'm very, you know, very excited about and adding Birdeye into our tool bag has just been so beneficial for us. Entirely, you know, especially the, the analytics it really gives you great perspective on kind of what your, what your company is doing and and how it's moving and what you need to improve on for anybody that's trying to grow their business Birdeye is such a beneficial tool to definitely have on your team.

Why did you choose Birdeye?

Angela Ruiz: So we originally chose to move forward with Birdeye for the simple fact that we, we definitely wanted to increase our presence on the internet and reviews that, you know, we were getting, we are currently expanding and wanted to have everything in one consolidated place. You know, I didn't want to have to keep logging into every google account for every location or you know, different multiple avenues of how we get reviews on, on different platforms, things like that, so having everything in one place is so easy. The functions within Birdeye to what it offered initially, I mean we originally just signed up just to um have all of our reviews into one in one place and being able to reply and that sort of thing was originally why we chose them forward with it just, it looked easy. The functionality of it was super user friendly um aesthetically looked like nice, you know, to use. I've tried a couple of different platforms that offer similar things, but I just seemed to be so simple.

How has Birdeye helped your business?

Angela Ruiz: So Birdeye has done exactly what it's promised, you know, increasing the reviews for our company is exactly what it has done. The functionality of obtaining reviews is exactly what, you know, it kind of expresses. And when you're doing like the demo it's exactly what it does. We've increased our, our responses on reviews almost by, I think 30 - 40%. You know, we've only been using Birdeye I want to say almost a year now. But it's definitely increased our numbers, which with everybody knowing, you know, nowadays, everybody looks at reviews, for companies or for services. So increasing that and having really, really great feedback from our patients, it's increased revenue at the end of the day. So that's what Birdeye has done.

What would you tell someone who is considering Birdeye?

Angela Ruiz: For anybody out there considering using Birdeye I know it with most companies the financial aspect comes into play. You know, do you want to spend the money to use another system or another software? Whatever it is. What I can tell you from our experience is that Birdeye has been so beneficial for all the money that you may spend in marketing and things like that. Having everything consolidated and having the access to do so much. It's worth it, you know, for for any practice or anybody, you know, thinking about how you can increase revenue or how you can increase your brand or your patient or your perspective, you know, for your clients or whatever service that you may provide. Birdeye is definitely there to be a great asset, a great tool. I definitely recommend it. I mean it's like I said we use a wide range of the Birdeye functions and almost every single tool that we've signed up to use has been a great benefit to our company.

How would you describe your experience with Birdeye's customer service?

Angela Ruiz: Can't wait for this question to come up. So I just want to say I have been in the medical field for a very long time. And for anybody that's in a management role or or anything leadership, whatever the case may be. You get a lot of stuff or you work with a lot of different systems software, especially if you're involved in business development, marketing, anything along those lines, you try a lot of different things out. Birdeye customer service is superior. I love our account manager, she's just always there. Any question we might have whatever time of the day. You know I know she's super busy but she knows the ins and outs of our account. Everything that we may question or have any sort of maybe that she's there. And I love it. You know there's there's no delay on anything that I need. I mean our system runs pretty flawlessly so you don't very rarely do, you need customer service right away. But even in the event that we ever did, I know that our account manager would probably be right there. And I love that Birdeye kind of keeps us at the front of the line for a lot of the new features that may be coming out because again we we love Birdeye. over here. So Birdeye is customer service super super superior for anybody considering it.
