Oana Bucur: Hi, Everyone! This is a quick update from the marketing team on the LinkedIn ambassador program. As we recently announced, on the 15th of June, we are going to launch the new and improved version of the program. So here is a quick overview on how is it going to happen and what are the steps that you will need to take in order to claim your seat as an ambassador and continue to to enjoy the benefits of the program.

Oana Bucur: In case you are wondering why we are changing the program is because we want to improve it, make it more flexible, give you a bit more control on the campaign and provide more transparency on the content that you are sharing on your profiles. Another reason is because we want to open up the program and scale it across the entire organization and onboard more ambassadors in order to be able to make a bigger impact. This version of the program that we're going to launch on the June 15 will basically come with an application where you will be able to find 24/7 all the available content you can share on your social networks. It will give you more control in the sense that you can pick and choose the posts that you want, you can personalize them if needed. you can schedule them immediately or set up an auto-scheduling. And also if there are posts that you don't find on a specific topic, you will have the option to pitch in your topic ideas and this will be directed to the marketing team and we will take it over to see what can be done in terms of content and how can we include your suggestion in the program. So in big lines, the program comes in with an entire application, 24/7 access to fresh content, on a weekly basis you will have fresh content coming in and a streamline of the contributors stream. So now everyone can be a contributor. If you have any ideas, you will be able to pitch them in through the application.

Oana Bucur: in terms of next step is going to be very simple. You are already a BICS ambassador. The only thing that you will need to do is to claim your seats in the new program. You will be able to do so by referring to an email that you are going to receive today for Hootsuite Amplify. Please check your inbox - that's where you will be able to access the application and activate your account. As soon as you activate your account you will be able to subscribe to topics and then immediately have access to predefined marketing posts that you can share on your social networks.
