When will Mobile Operators be ready to launch 5G SA Roaming + STC Trial?: Today, 32 mobile network operators worldwide have a commercial 5G Standalone deployment, and two of them have, thanks to BICS, already roaming enabled. At BICS, we are proud to have successfully concluded this roaming deployment and through the provision of the new 5G roaming stack, we have enabled Proximus and stc Kuwait to make advances in 5G Standalone roaming and ultimately enabling the services of the future. While this is just a starting point BICS is also contributing in the GSMA Further laying out and defining the 5G roaming framework, which will support the connectivity services of tomorrow.
