Gary Heutmaker: Greetings. I'm Gary Heutmaker, Aviat Networks' Project Safety Engineer. I've been with Aviat Networks since November 2022 and I'm responsible for the Supplier Qualification and Compliance Program for our service contracting partners throughout North and South America. Since I've been with Aviat, there are tasks that we do very well and there are areas that need much improvement. The area I believe we do well would be onboarding contractors. However, after contractors have been onboarded, we don't do a very good job of maintaining that relationship. So for example, when we have a service agreement in place, we may never again ask you for a certificate of information to be updated or your EMR rating or your OSHA 300 logs. So the goal will be to streamline our process, and our workflows to meet our industry requirements and to minimize our risk and always keep safety at the forefront. To do this, we've partnered with Avetta. Avetta is a platform that's going to allow us to achieve our goals and to, at all times on every project, keep safety as a top priority.
