How long have you been working for AVB?
Chris Moore: I start with AVB almost five years ago in April of 2017.
What was your first job?
Chris Moore: Okay, My first job was at the LA Coliseum in sports arena at age 15 in high school I was taking tickets for Raider games, Clipper Games, concerts. It was the best first time job.
Who is your hero?
Chris Moore: I don't have one specific hero. I think there's so many. When I look back over the years, there's so many different family members, friends and even some coworkers that have made such a positive impact on my life.
What is the best advice you’d give on how to find success here?
Chris Moore: I think the best advice I can give learn as much about this organization, and also the best practices for the specific job that you're in. I think the more knowledge we have and the more we learn, the bigger impact that we can make on our members and the success of their businesses, which is why we're all here.
What’s something you’re planning on doing in the next year that you’ve never done before?
Chris Moore: One thing I plan on doing this year, a group of us, friends close from high school, we see each other often, go on trips, and this year we've never been to New Orleans. So, this year our summer trip is to get away for four or five days and go to New Orleans and have a good time.
