Jessica Ting: I would choose a time machine to go back in time, um, knowing what I know now, being able to go back and make different life choices or you know, really appreciate my time growing up rather than trying to rush through it.
You were recently nominated for a shoutout by your colleagues. What motivates you each day?
Jessica Ting: What motivates me each day is keeping my members happy. It makes me happy when they're happy and being able to be trusted, um, to be part of the ideation process, them trusting me to help them solve their problems. It's a really great point of pride for me to be able to help a business grow, especially small and independent businesses.
