What stands out to you about the culture at Astanza Laser?
Brian Hasenbauer: What stands out to me about the culture of the stanza is that it's not just a mission statement that's on a power point that we never talk about or we don't live. Um technically it is on the front wall of our our lobby, but it's something that we live and breathe and we actually hire for that. Um We think about what our values are and we talk about them every day and we make sure that we make decisions based upon those values, but we also make sure that anyone coming into a stanza shares those values because we wouldn't be able to do what we do for our clients if we didn't share those values.
What makes Astanza a Great Place to Work For me is _____?
Brian Hasenbauer: What makes this stanza a great place to work for me is certainly the people, um, coming in every day knowing that I'm gonna get the opportunity to work with smart, enthusiastic, fun teammates and be able to work on challenging projects is something that I think everyone looks for in a job. Um you know, that's an old cliche that if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life. Well, I love working here, it's fun.
