What stands out to you about the culture at Astanza Laser?
Amy Yan: The culture at Astanza has really evolved over the past couple of years. But I would say something that's really stayed true since the very beginning, since Astanza has been founded is that we are very client focused and team oriented. We like to have fun every single day. We have a great work environment where everybody really gets along, we really support one another and we make sure that everything we do is centered around our client success.
What makes Astanza a Great Place to Work For me is _____?
Amy Yan: personally, for me, what makes Astanza a great place to work is the team that I get to work with. Everybody is so personable, fun, creative. We like to challenge one another. You know, we're constantly saying we need to challenge the status quo, not just for our clients before ourselves to improve our brand and our workplace culture. Um, and I also really love working with our clients and, you know, laser technology is also really, really exciting, so that's kind of everything that I really love about Astanza. But when it boils down to it, I would say Astanza is a great place to work because of the people.
