We've completely modernized our website, adding powerful tools like streamlined voting, the PBS award file search, and interactive coverage needed date calendar, and searchable PBS award histories. We've expanded our data department, giving us the ability to present compelling evidence to management to push for the changes you deserve. But here's the reality. Without a dues restructure, these advancements and future ones are at risk. This includes the development of a mobile app to keep you informed on legalities, streamline hotel and safety reporting issues, and ensure management hears your voice loud and clear. The equation is simple. More data means more power, and more power strengthens our ability to fight for flight attendants. Without the restructure, we'll face tough cuts, potentially scaling back tools and innovations or reverting to less interactive systems. This is a critical moment. A dues restructure isn't just an investment, it's a necessity. We need these resources to protect what we built and move forward stronger than ever. Your vote matters.
