What impact will the dues restructuring have on your department
Hayley Brewer: An increase for APFA specifically in the health department, would allow us to return to normal staffing levels, so we might have the capacity to assist our colleagues in need. We here in the health department work with colleagues who are experiencing incredibly sensitive times in their lives, where a little bit of help could be crucial. Having lost the capacity to provide full support to our colleagues in need could be detrimental to their livelihood or well-being.
