Speakers: Kymberly Ayodeji
Kymberly Ayodeji: Hello. My name is Kimberly Ayodeji and I live in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
Describe your Anaplan For All training experience.
Kymberly Ayodeji: I had been a high school math and computer science teacher. I'm looking for a career change into industry and the Anaplan For All training experience has taught me a whole lot. I feel like it's a mini-M.B.A or business degree because I've learned about all of these different industry terms and terminology like FP&A and supply chain and all of what it takes and how it is important to an industry and a company. I've also learned about the Agile methodology and how people work collaboratively in teams to be able to accomplish goals— especially for the model building component.
What did you learn from your Anaplan mentor?
Kymberly Ayodeji: for my future career. My mentor also taught me that no matter how big you are—and in his case, he's a vice president; that he can still come and help and support and assist people. He even volunteered to help me train for my level exams and to help me practice and to help me prepare for the interview part of the process.
How does completing Anaplan training make you feel?
Kymberly Ayodeji: So I definitely feel more confident and more excited as well about what lies ahead in this future career.
