Speaker: Natalie Biles, Co-Owner/Interior Designer, Shine Interior Design Studio
Natalie Biles: First, when we saw that there was a small firm category in the design awards competition, we were so excited because we thought, hey, this could give a firm like ours a chance to show off what we've been working on and a project that we have been so passionate about. This recognition has affirmed our commitment to integrating health and wellness into our designs, both residential and commercial. It has encouraged us to push boundaries and to inspire others in our industry. Personally, it's been a reminder of why we do what we do and what makes me love it. Bringing beauty and function and wellness into our projects and serving our clients well. Professionally, it's validated our work among our peers. It's elevated the way we communicate the value of an interior designer as a part of your project to both our colleagues, our peers, and to our clients. ASID has been an incredible part of this journey, and through this process, we have been connected with designers all over the country. We have been delighted at how affirming and encouraging our ASID community is, and we are so grateful to be a part of that.
