Stef Stylianou: Hey and welcome to 2023.
In 2022, we continued to deliver value to customers! What's the best thing we've delivered this year?
Monica Otero: 2022 has been an incredible year for the team at ALLOut and this would have not been possible without your support.
Linda Nelson: Oh, wow. Picking the best of 2022 is hard. You've got everything from the customer portal and all the new information that we've made available there to put it at our customer's fingertips to ensure they're empowered to be successful with our toolsets, to extending the academy with new classes and basic certifications for both our customers and our partners.
Monica Otero: we have made some exciting new developments to overcome the challenges in detecting insider threats and provide those responsible for information security and risk control with effective solutions to protect the most sensitive data and detect any harmful anomalous activity. We have called them TRACE and Risk Alert.
Stef Stylianou: So for our partners, our dedicated service providers, we have now opened up the all out Academy in its own version to help our partners get certified and become part of our all out community as well, so that they can better support their customer projects.
Nick Birmpilis: I think this year's project that gave more value to customers was probably the knowledge base where you have all the information about how the software works right at your fingertips. You just write the question or what you're looking for at the search bar, and you'll be able to access all the information in the click of the bottom.

Stef Stylianou: It is 2023 I want to just take this opportunity to wish all our customers, our partners and the entire JD Edwards community a very happy new Year.
Linda Nelson: In 2023, our team is nowhere near stopping the innovation that is such an integral part of who we are. We've got a new version coming with lots of new tools. We're continuing to integrate UDO functionality and expand on that. and we're looking forward to more in person events in the coming year, continuing to connect with you, to learn from you and to learn with you.
