Rob Murgatroyd : Hey, what's up, everybody? My name is Rob Murgatroyd. And this baby, this baby, this Hip Hook has saved my life. I have been suffering from back pain for years. This one little contraption five minutes a day for me has made all the difference in the world.

What was causing your back pain?

Rob Murgatroyd : I wasn't really sure whether or not I had tight hip flexors or anything else. I just knew that I had chronic low back pain, and I knew when I stretched my psoas it gave me relief, but it never gave me relief for very long.

What have you learned from using the Hip Hook?

Rob Murgatroyd : Since I've gotten the Hip Hook, I now have learned that my problem wasn't solely the psoas but it was also my iliacus. So I can lie on my psoas here, release it, and then hook into the iliacus and release that which I wasn't doing before. I'm pain-free, baby.

Who could use a Hip Hook?

Rob Murgatroyd : I think the people that would benefit the most from the Hip Hook are the people that are battling sort of that chronic low back pain, that low level hip flexor pain or even the pain that comes on when you're doing exercise and you're not really sure where it's coming from, but, you know, it's somewhere around your hip and low back area.
