What is your position at Affinity?
Brie: My position at Dental Health is a certified dental assistant, as well as an expanded functions dental assistant that allows me to do restorative procedures for the doctors, to see lots of denture patients and other things that are allowed under my certifications.
What stands out to you about the culture at ADM?
Brie: I think what stands out about the culture of Dental Health is the longevity and just the people here. We've been here for a long time. We get along great together, there's a great team rapport and we all understand each other on a pretty professional and personal level.
How has Affinity helped to improve you as a dental professional?
Brie: So how affinity has helped me expand and become better in my profession is just by allowing me the freedoms to do a lot of different things, working closely with the doctors, and also some continuing education with Invisalign and, just a lot of great things altogether.
What would you tell someone who is thinking about employment with an Affinity practice?
Brie: for anybody looking to seek employment with Affinity, I would definitely encourage it. I think even though it's growing, there's a lot of personality and a lot of, personal focus on individuals, so something I really enjoy and I feel heard and I feel appreciated throughout the whole entire organization.
