Speaker: Celine Genga
What's your background?
Celine Genga: Hey there, my name's Celine I work on the Enterprise Sales Development team and I've been with Ada for just six months.
What is the remote culture like at Ada?
Celine Genga: Being with Ada only for six months means I've actually never seen the office space I was onboarded remotely and I feel like that process you know they really have it buckled down, super organized you're actually given a welcome package ahead of your first day. Between that and Ada University training modules and your onboarding buddy, you really feel supported all the way through. Another perk is that we work with co-workers all around the world, so you get to learn a lot and it's been fun so far.
What qualities do people need to be successful here at Ada?
Celine Genga: I believe one of the more important qualities in order to being successful here at Ada is really embodying that team player attitude. Our team is super helpful, they're only really a zoom call away and just maintaining that ultimate team mentality has been really important during my time here. I would also say being adaptable is super important with any fast growing company, you gotta roll with the punches. I would say those two things.
What do you love about working at Ada, and being part of the Business Development team?
Celine Genga: I would say one of my favorite things about working at Ada is just the overall transparency of the company. No matter how fast we grow how many people we hire our team is always collectively, really transparent about where we're going and ultimately where we're heading. And I would say to zone in on like why I love business development here at Ada, I just feel like we get to talk to so many different leaders in the space and also working in enterprise, you get to work with some awesome companies.
