What is your name? What is your profession? Where are you based?
STEVEN NDAHIRO: My name is Ndahiro Steven. I'm a Head of Compliance and I am based in Kigali Rwanda.
How did you hear about ACCPA? Did you know about ACCPA before joining?
STEVEN NDAHIRO: I was looking for a professional certification course in compliance management, and when I was invited by a colleague in ACCPA Chapter for Rwanda, I realized that it was indeed a global recognized certification in compliance risk management
Why did you choose the ACCPA Certification?
STEVEN NDAHIRO: There are different factors to look into in choosing the certification. One is the global accreditation, which I believe ACCPA really has, and also the affordability. And when you look into the, the certification cost, ACCPA is really affordable.
How much knowledge did you gain from your ACCPA certification course?
STEVEN NDAHIRO: I gained a lot of knowledge, mostly I took the course of anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism, which has really elevated my career growth. And it has supported me even, in carrying out my, you know, duties as money laundering reporting officer. So the course has really been very helpful to my career.
Would you recommend the ACCPA Certification to other professionals?
STEVEN NDAHIRO: I would highly recommend ACCPA, uh, you know, a professional certification of this caliber is very important, not only on a personal level, but also in consideration of the increasing regulatory requirements for financial institutions professionals to be effectively uh, certified in their areas of expertise. And I really believe that ACCPA would play an integral role in anyone's both personal and professional growth level.
