What are your top takeaways from the Accent for Horizon program?
Heather Godfrey: Everyone can do this. Just give it a try. I think people are really hesitant sometimes because, "Oh dear, what if someone actually starts speaking to me and I don't know what they're talking about?" Being able to provide active offer: perfection is not required. It's just making that effort and knowing where to reach out to for the right resource in a timely manner. It's going to be so appreciated by the patient, visitor or client. And it just really makes them feel valued.
