There's a bit of an intimidation factor as well. You know, it's big tech, it's Google and Spotify Most organisations, 99% of organisations aren't like that. but in my opinion, and we weren't like that when we were using it, but in my opinion, you can still use it. You know, you you don't have to be an Olympian to go for a run. You know, you can still set yourself a small framework and kind of, start small and scale from there and commit to the process.
