Access Wealth took the time to explain everything to us. It wasn’t all locked behind a paywall, and I really appreciated how transparent they were. Everything was clear and well-organised, with plenty of supporting material and presentations ready to go. It definitely beat the 'information overload' you find on Google; there is so much noise out there, but Access Wealth put the exact information we needed right on the table. We didn’t have to second-guess what was accurate, which is huge when you're making such a significant purchase. Having an expert provide the right information so quickly really put us at ease and proved that this isn't a difficult process when you’re working with people who know what they’re doing.

I'm a big believer that everything happens for a reason. I feel like I just reached out to these guys at probably the perfect timing of my life. And then when I did, I just also needed someone to lay things out, the way they have structured this whole process. And yeah, I just needed that kick in the bum to keep moving forward.

I can confidently say that I've actually got direction. For the future, my retirement, I've got a plan in place. Before Access Wealth, there was no plan. So, my confidence levels are considerably higher than what they were 8 months ago.

This process was probably the most fun part of it all; having your plan come together, then coming down to the choice of what and where, and you know, what the future holds for that property. Beyond just the super structure, having that money there has helped me feel much more relaxed, and I think it’s helped my wife feel more relaxed as well. The models they showed us throughout the process really helped us picture it. We still have the videos and materials, and they show us exactly where we need to be: where our structure is now, where it will be in 10 years, and beyond. We have a much clearer direction of where we want to be now, and a better understanding of what we can and can't do.

After the hesitations and myself being unsure, John actually set up a couple of workshops and some Zoom calls and we spoke quite a bit. He did some really good presentations. I spoke to different people within the organisation, they answered all my questions, even some where I had a little bit of negative thoughts on how this would work out, and everything was answered. Everything was very upfront, very honest.

I would also like to highlight the time they invest in their clients. For example, my partner and I both work full-time Monday to Friday, but our property strategist, John, took time out of his own weekend to meet with us. He spent two to four hours over the weekend—even with our two kids there—going through every detail line by line. It was remarkable help; we felt prioritised rather than just another signature on a document. The fact that he spent that much time ensuring we understood everything made us very happy and confirmed we made the right decision with Access Wealth.

Since working with Access Wealth, the biggest improvement has been the shift from uncertainty to a clear plan. I’ve purchased my first investment property and now have a strategic roadmap outlining my growth and path toward an early retirement. It was extremely important to me from the start to provide for my children when they become adults; John captured those goals in a beautifully outlined diagram that we are now actively working toward. I'm even looking forward to a second investment property in the years to come.

Working with Access Wealth, just do it. There's nothing to lose really. They are all professionals and they've done it multiple times before. It's better to have the knowledge and go through it than to just sit there and wonder. So, I definitely say jump on board and give it a crack.

So we now have a clear pathway. Numbers that speak for themselves. Also we now have the plan to make sure that we're now working towards having financial freedom and also security for our kids. We're also working towards paying our mortgage sooner rather than later, so we are now currently building our portfolio and we are on our way to buy our first property.

When we came on board, we actually went and purchased two properties at the one time, which was very full-on. The day after we signed on both those properties, my husband was diagnosed with kidney cancer. It really did mean a lot to have the support of John and Shannon and everybody else in the team to get us over the line. We did have hesitation and doubts at that time as if we were biting off more than we can chew, and we probably did sometimes, but at the same time, yeah, we found that we did have that support when things had to get done and everything was over our head and we had a lot of other things to worry about.

The experience has been really, really positive, really fantastic. The team have explained everything so well and in-depth. Well, it just kind of brings down a basic understanding and keeps it nice and clear for us. Yeah, they really outlined everything, laid it all down. Yeah, it's just been so easy to understand. And it's made us kind of see a clear plan of what our next 5, 10, 20 years looks like, what our future looks like.

What changed for me to move forward with Access wealth was the trust. Without the trust, I don't think I would have been able to move forward. The team has explained the whole process, the beginning to the end, and they've kept us up to date. And I think that one of the biggest things was they did everything for us.
