I think the most pleasant surprise about working at Cyberhaven is that everyone not only cares about the mission and when we're going and and and trying to get Cyberhaven to be the next breakout data security company.

Some of my favorite things about working at Cyberhaven is how innovative everybody is. It's been great to be able to see so many new ideas and strategies come out of the team that we've grown so much in the past 6 months

There is a real sense of ownership here, you know, like being able to take those opportunities, like turn them into something impactful, and alongside that also build a team that does the same, like in a fully remote fashion, mind you, has been a definite highlight of my career.

A pleasant surprise about working at Cyberhaven has been getting to experience the growth firsthand. When I first joined, we were about 80, 90 people and now we're 3 times that. So watching how the company has scaled and being a part of building that has been an incredible opportunity.

Most people just see a job as a job, but when I go into the office every day, I am actually excited to see the people I work with.

A pleasant surprise for me has been just how collaborative and supportive people are across teams. I do feel that people genuinely care to, to see others succeed, and that's meaningful for me.

One very pleasant element of working at Cyberhaven has been how mission driven the culture is. People are deeply invested in what we're building, and you can feel that shared sense of purpose across all of our teams and how we collaborate with one another.

I've noticed over the past 2.5 years the shared camaraderie and, everyone working together to make sure this company can continue to grow and continue to do really cool stuff.

I'm proud to be a member of the Cyberhaven organization. Over the last 1.5 years, I have grown alongside the company, learning, adapting and taking on new responsibilities.

A pleasant surprise for me is that there's just no time to be bored, there's always something new happening.
