Car therapy is being in the car, just relaxing, having the windows roll down, maybe the seat back, and you are just observing nature, the sky, feeling the wind on you, and just really taking a moment to just relax, to just breathe.
I like to water my plants in my little yard... I love tea and so I like to take a fancy teapot and a nice cup and set it up on my little deck... Just sit and watch the robins and enjoy nature...
So I have chosen to go out with my husband and go out with my son go to parks, go to um Blile, which is a beloved beloved beloved space in my hometown of Detroit.
I sit on my porch with my lovely tea. And I look this way across the street. I look this way across the street. I don't mind my business at all. I say hello to my neighbors.
I love to read. I love self-care. Books or any type of books to enhance my skills or my knowledge. I love going to the different libraries, looking at the artwork as well as seeing the different types of books.
I believe it's important for everyone to be open about their mental health, mental health affects everyone, and the more we talk about it, the less stigma it is for folks to talk about what they're going through in their lives.
