We've both been using ActiFLEX for five or six years...it has helped my old athlete's knees to be more flexible.  And for me, ActiFLEX always does the trick keeping my joints flexible.  

I had some pain and swelling in my knees...Other supplements didn't have much effect...ActiFLEX has helped.  I don't have pain or swelling anymore...
