My favorite part about working with gymnastics mindset Academy is the helpful and realistic advice I get from the coaches. I feel like I can really believe them. And I immediately clicked with Ali and I feel like she truly gets me, understands me as a person because she knows what I'm going through based on her experiences as a gymnast.
