And I think our most successful clients and myself coming from a recruitment background, where I would pitch it was at the start of the conversation. It's not oh no, you can't afford to pay the fee. You want the client. What are we gonna do? It's hey, this is another option. This is something that we can, it's another service that we offer. So, it's bringing it up early, talking about often as well. And not putting a stigma on it. It's, hey, yeah, we get it. You're a small business. If you're wanting to scale quick, we're gonna work with you for that. And for the recruiter, you're getting your fee upfront. So, to me it, it's really a no brainer. You talk about it early, you talk about it often and that's how it's gonna be successful for you.
